About Us

We are Kelly and Will Aufhammer, a husband and wife real estate team, dedicated to helping you accomplish your real estate goals. We love living in the Seattle area and enjoying all this region has to offer. We couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home, and we’re thrilled to help our clients put roots down in a region we love so much.

We have been living in the Seattle area since 2010 and married since 2014. We have two sons (well, three if you count our fur child Henry) and one daughter. Family is a big part of our lives, and we know how impactful a home can be in bringing people together around meals and laughter.

We love getting the opportunity to know our clients on a personal level throughout their buying or selling journey and it’s a privilege that many of our clients become fast friends.

Originally from Southern California, I’ve called Seattle home since 2010, living in Queen Anne, Magnolia, Phinney Ridge, Ballard, and now Edmonds. My deep knowledge of Seattle’s neighborhoods helps me guide clients to homes that fit their lifestyle and needs.

Before transitioning to real estate in 2017, I was in the luxury wedding planning world—an industry that, like real estate, requires high-stakes decision-making, seamless coordination, and a deep understanding of emotional investments. In 2023, I earned my Managing Broker’s license, a designation with a lower pass rate than the bar exam, further solidifying my expertise.

My friends, family, and clients describe me as genuine, classy, and life-giving. I’m passionate about good design and love helping clients see the potential in spaces that might be hard to reimagine.

I’m proud of the business I’ve built and being an expert in the industry. Our repeat and referral success speaks for itself.

Will Aufhammer

Broker

As a Los Angeles native, I often joke that life as a redhead is a constant pilgrimage to the shade—so I naturally love the Pacific Northwest! Since 2010, I’ve called the Seattle area home and wouldn’t trade the cool, cloudy weather for anything.

I earned my degree in Business Administration, equipping me with a strong foundation in market trends, financial strategy, and negotiations—essential skills in real estate. Before entering the industry, I spent years in the nonprofit sector, leading teams and pioneering projects. That experience shaped my ability to guide people through high-stakes decisions, something I now do as a real estate advisor.

I take a data-driven, detail-oriented approach, ensuring my clients have the insights and strategies needed to navigate a competitive market successfully. My strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze trends allow me to create the best possible outcomes for buyers and sellers alike.

Henry

Our Mascot. We won’t deny it, we’re a bit obsessed with our fur child. He naps most of the day but can occasionally be found rolling around in the grass or playing fetch. He sheds faster than we can vacuum and is cuddliest pup there ever was. He’s great at sniffing out the best yard for our clients and is always there for emotional support when buying or selling gets stressful. We’d love for you to meet him!
